The last few weeks have been quite busy. I have new responsibilities at work, and in the local Baha’i community. I’ve thought a lot about different blog posts, and I’ll soon be sharing some of my favorite places on the web. For now, I share some game night pics:

Why I had a good beginning to my day today:
Small things really, that added up to the nicest first half of a day I’ve had in a while.
Friday I received my new camera, and between tasks this weekend I had a change to play with it.
The event with a group of people was held by my friend Ariana, and she calls it Sunday Suppers. We played games, had some great food, and they surprised me by singing Happy Birthday.

As I left for a vacation for the new year, I told myself that I would have a lot of time to update my blog over the break.
Well, that didn’t happen. But I did have a nice break. I became an uncle on Christmas Day, spent time with family, and visited some friends on New Year’s Eve. I planned an extensive essay reflecting on the gratitude I have for all these people in my life, but hopefully a mention will suffice for now.
I’m getting used to this idea of blogging, and I hope to blog more in shorter spurts.
My new camera was delivered today as I was home eating lunch. Photos coming soon, along with an overdue update of what I’ve been up to.
